Our story begins with a small team & a big idea.
Previously a part of PPR Talent Management Group, Hueman was established by a core leadership team who saw an opportunity to expand their cultural-focused recruiting models.
We recognized an opportunity to develop a recruitment service with strategic and long-term client relationships while still focusing on service, results, and value. Thus, the Hueman brand was born in 2009. We look beyond the metrics, and recognize the person—the individual. We look for heart, creativity, passion and character— when we see it, we hire it.
As part of Hueman, we have five unique recruiting divisions, each designed to serve your specific outsourced recruiting needs: People Solutions, RPO, Risk Adjustment Staffing, Private Equity Talent Solutions, and Digital Marketing Solutions.
